Return & Exchange Policy – You Again Boutique

We want you to be happy with your purchase.

Returns

Qualifying Returns: Mastectomy bras only

We offer a 3-business-day return policy, which means you have 3 business days after receiving your item to request a return.

• Example: If your item is delivered on Tuesday, your return must be shipped and tracking emailed to us by Friday.
• If delivered on Friday, your return must be shipped and tracking emailed by Wednesday.

To be eligible for a return, items must be in original factory condition, meaning:

• Unworn and unaltered
• Undamaged
• Free of odors
• Tags attached
• In original packaging

If any component is missing or altered, no refund or exchange will be issued. Due to the sanitary nature of bras, these guidelines are strictly enforced.

A receipt or proof of purchase is required. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if your refund is approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method minus original shipping costs. Please allow time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues

If your package appears damaged upon delivery, please take a photo of the box before opening.

Inspect your order immediately and contact us at info@youagainboutique.com within 3 business days of receipt if:

• Your item is defective
• Your item is damaged
• You received the wrong item

We will review the issue and work to resolve it promptly.
Requests submitted after 3 business days will not be honored.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

• Wigs
• Swimwear
• Undergarments

All sale items are final sale.
Sale items are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges. Please review your order carefully before purchasing.
